No. Smart-HODL is a software automation tool.
It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or recommendations. You define all parameters and remain fully responsible for your trading decisions.
Do you have access to my funds?
No. Smart-HODL is non-custodial.
The software connects to your exchange account via API with trade-only permissions. Withdrawals are never accessible.
Can Smart-HODL guarantee profits or reduce losses?
No. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable.
Smart-HODL does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or protect capital. The software executes rules — it does not predict market outcomes.
Who controls the strategy and risk settings?
You do. All strategy logic, position sizing, risk limits, and activation are defined by the user. Smart-HODL does not modify parameters or intervene in execution.
Where does the software run?
Smart-HODL runs on user-controlled infrastructure (typically a VPS). This ensures transparency, operational independence, and no hidden discretionary logic.
Is Smart-HODL regulated or licensed?
No. Smart-HODL is not licensed or supervised by the Czech National Bank (ČNB) or any other financial authority. It is provided strictly as a technical software product.
What markets and exchanges are supported?
Smart-HODL is designed to operate with Binance API. Use can select from 15 backtested cryptocurrency pairs to trade with. Availability may depend on exchange API stability and user configuration.
What happens if the exchange or API fails?
Trading automation relies on third-party infrastructure.
API outages, execution delays, or exchange failures may occur. Smart-HODL cannot eliminate technical or third-party risks.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Smart-HODL is intended for users who understand trading risk and basic exchange mechanics. It is not a “set and forget” investment product.
What am I paying for?
You pay a fixed subscription fee for access to the Smart-HODL software.
Fees cover software usage only — not trading performance or results.
